2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Analog Time Zone Clocks
Pros:
- Uses existing Wi-Fi network (worldwide standard)
- No master clock is required
- Clocks operate 15 years between battery changes (no second hand)
- The time zone rules can be factory or customer configured
- Lower cost than ISM analog time zone display
Each clock includes a password protected web server for configuration
- Any number of time zone displays may be used in the same building
Cons:
- A network time server is required (public network time servers are free)
- Each clock must be configured to the customer’s Wi-Fi network
- Network DHCP (automatic IP address assignment) is required

2.4 GHz ISM Analog Time Zone Clocks
Pros:
- No network configuration is required
- Clocks operate 15 years between battery changes (no second hand)
- The time zone rules can be factory or customer configured
- A network time server is not required, but can be used if available
- No interference from Wi-Fi communications
- No Internet or network security issues
Cons:
- A master clock is required (additional cost)
- Multiple time zone displays in the same building must be coordinated
